Jaw on the Floor  

Yes jaw on the floor ........ I thought this was a Pub with rooms ..... but its more like amazing Rooms with a high quality Bar and Restaurant .... the rooms were fantastic exceptionally clean and styling was perfect ... I’m guessing this style wont be to the taste of those who like a travel inn bland white boring cloned room ..... but if you want different .... then you certainly get it here .... this is Viv Westwood ... think classy punk ... think retro ... all well presented and it works well ..... and none of it is tacky .... great touches like the large fluffy towels, the restaurant has a fantastic selection menu .... ranging from Standard pub food to some amazing steaks ... grills and fish ... I personally had the lamb ... and it was the best I have had for many years .... better than some Michelin-stared restaurants the I have eaten in .... and the cheese board was to die for ..... the wine list has a good selection including the wonderful NZ Cloudy bay, well done to all the staff for making my stay very enjoyable and I look forward to seeing you again .....
